Weird and Unusual Synths

I recently came along a FB-post where "The Resonant Garden" by Folktek, a weird and unusual, but very interesting synth, was mentioned.

Personally I am a big fan of the direct human interaction involved in creating the sounds and interacting with synths.

I myself had never heard about it or seen it before. This gave me an idea for this topic.

So if you know any other reasonably new, odd synths, please post a link or nice vid of them here.
